Project
ABA School
We designed the campus to feel bright and unfussy, with clean white corridors, warm oak-toned doors, and colour-blocked acoustic panels in citrus green, cobalt, and red that give each wing its own visual rhythm and help younger students find their way by sight rather than signage.
A wood-panelled auditorium with sculptural, sound-conscious ceiling detailing anchors the arts, while a shaded outdoor play area with a curved turf mound and timber structures gives students room to run under sail canopies. Glazed atriums and simple classroom fit-outs keep the focus where it should be for a school this size — on daylight, movement, and function rather than ornament.
ABA Oman International School has been Muscat’s leading K-12 IB school since 1987, teaching a student body representing more than 70 nationalities. A campus built for a genuinely global community needed interiors with the same openness and clarity.
