Every space we designed for this property leans into warm, tactile materials meant for long stays: sculptural bronze ribbon ceilings and veined marble anchor the lobby, while the deli-style café brings in woven rattan chairs, hanging pendant lights, and greenery for an easygoing, everyday warmth.
Guest rooms and suites carry that same comfort further, with walnut panelling, burgundy velvet accents, and soft patterned carpets built for daily use, not a weekend.
From the brass-clad elevators to the rose-hued lounge seating along sunlit corridors, every detail was chosen for the length of a stay, not the length of a visit.
Arjaan by Rotana operates fully furnished hotel apartments across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Africa, built specifically for guests settling into a new city for weeks or months at a time. That length of stay is the whole design brief — every space needed to hold up to daily use, not just a weekend.
