Oman Housing Bank
Oman Housing Bank exists to put Omani families into homes, so its own headquarters needed to carry welcome and warmth. Curved terracotta and taupe seating soften the executive floor; travertine-clad suites and layered lamplight give staff and visitors room to slow down before meetings instead of rushing past reception, and the boardroom and private offices step into a deeper register of walnut and blue.
The open-plan floors carry that same clarity through to the desks — clean sightlines, services left exposed rather than boxed in — so the building expresses stability through openness rather than ceremony.
Since 1977, Oman Housing Bank has financed subsidized home loans that put generations of Omani families into homes of their own. An institution built on that kind of trust needed a workplace that felt equally stable and welcoming.
