OQ Integrated Gas Company Offices in Tanmia
We built the arrival around the IGC mark, setting it on a backlit panel against a relief wall of fluted arcs, perforated half-circles, and stepped geometric forms. A company this young has no long institutional history to lean on, so the wall does the introducing, in both English and Arabic.
Arched thresholds carry those curves deeper into the floor, softening the corridors on the way to an angular reception desk in stone and pale timber, with a built-in planter rising at one end.
Further in, a curved mustard banquette picks up the yellow in the logo beneath hanging greenery and suspended mesh, giving staff somewhere to step away from their desks. On the open-plan floor, a ribbon of cove light sweeps across the ceiling above pale timber workstations, bringing some of that movement to the working day.
Established in late 2022, Integrated Gas Company is Oman’s state-owned gas aggregator, overseeing the purchase, sale, and allocation of natural gas across the Sultanate. Work that sits largely out of public view needed a workplace with a clear and confident identity of its own.
