Sultan Haitham City
We built this center as a scaled expression of the city it introduces — travertine and warm oak carry through reception, boardrooms, and the curved auditorium, while sculptural dotted ceilings and interactive digital walls translate master-planning data into something a visitor can actually picture living inside.
As you move deeper in, the vast, light-filled spaces create an air of serenity and silence, mirroring what you might expect from the development itself. The atrium leads to a beautiful leather-and-walnut boardroom and a cinema-style theatre wrapped entirely in warm timber. A rooftop terrace in travertine and glass closes the visit on the same open horizon as the city it represents.
The SHC Experience and Sales Center introduces Sultan Haitham City, a major urban development from Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning spanning Greater Muscat, Al Madina, Al Thuraya, and Al Khuwair. It exists to let prospective residents and investors stand inside the vision before a single home is built.
